FitCents turns verified activity into access to current partner offers.
Privacy + signup trust

Privacy Policy

FitCents is built around a simple promise: help users earn access to healthier savings without turning signup data into public coupon clutter.

Information we collect

FitCents collects account identifiers and contact information through Clerk; profile details such as name, age, gender selection, ZIP code, schedule, activities, and offer preferences; an eligibility proof and activity day derived from an eligible workout; offer saves, checkout and merchant-confirmed redemption records; referral and product-request information; product interactions; and limited diagnostics such as feature area, event name, and error detail.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate and operate accounts, personalize the experience, verify reward eligibility, provide and measure offers, prevent abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, diagnose failures, and understand product performance. FitCents does not sell personal information or use HealthKit-derived data for advertising.

Health and fitness data boundary

FitCents requests read-only Apple Health Workouts access. Raw workout records remain on the device. The service receives a one-way workout identifier and activity day only after the app detects an eligible workout. FitCents does not share raw HealthKit, workout, medical, or inferred health data with brands for advertising, targeting, audience creation, sale, re-identification, or enrichment of external profiles. Brands may receive approved attribution and aggregate campaign outcomes that do not reveal an individual’s workout history.

Service providers and disclosures

Clerk provides authentication, Stripe provides partner payment services, hosting and database providers process service records, and email/support providers deliver requested communications. They may process information only to provide contracted services, secure the service, or meet legal obligations. Merchant partners receive only the offer and attribution information needed to confirm eligible transactions; they do not receive raw fitness data.

Retention and deletion

Active account and profile information is retained while the account is open. Diagnostics are retained only as reasonably needed for reliability and security. Deleting an account permanently removes the Clerk sign-in, member profile, eligibility proofs, notification schedule, connected payment method, and local FitCents data. Records required for transactions, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained after the account identifier is replaced with a one-way deletion identifier.

Your choices

You may revoke Apple Health or notification permissions in device settings, change notification preferences in FitCents, request access or correction, or permanently delete the account in Settings. You may also use the Account & Data Request form or email support@getfitcents.com.
