Founding-partner brief

Private offers people earn—and brands can measure.

FitCents is building a fitness-powered savings wallet for people who want healthy choices to be easier to afford. Partners can make an offer available when a member has earned access through verified activity and consistency.

A founding pilot is free to join.

FitCents charges no platform fee and no setup fee. The $500 minimum is the brand’s campaign performance budget, applied to measured campaign outcomes; it is not a fee for taking part. The consumer offer is funded separately by the brand.

What a partner supplies. What FitCents handles.

Your brand supplies
  • A real consumer offer with clear terms and dates.
  • A unique digital code and secure product, cart, or checkout destination.
  • Accurate product claims, available inventory, fulfillment, and customer support.
  • A separately funded consumer-value budget and approved campaign performance budget.
  • Tested checkout and measurement configuration before launch.
FitCents handles
  • Eligibility based on verified activity and consistency—not public coupon hunting.
  • A private wallet and checkout-ready offer experience.
  • Campaign validation for code, destination, terms, value, and launch readiness.
  • Outcome reporting for approved campaign events and tracked commerce where configured.
  • A strict boundary: brands receive aggregate campaign outcomes, never workout or HealthKit records.

How the protected-offer model works

1. Brand creates value

A relevant, real offer with a valid digital code and a secure destination.

2. Member earns access

FitCents verifies reward eligibility and unlocks the offer in the member’s wallet.

3. Brand measures outcomes

Approved reporting shows aggregate offer and commerce outcomes—without health data.

Why it is different:

FitCents is designed to protect offer value by gating access behind behavior, streaks, location, and campaign rules instead of making the offer another public coupon.

4

Launch and learn

Founding-partner note

FitCents does not guarantee a particular sales volume, return, or acquisition rate. Terms, market availability, integrations, and launch timing are confirmed in writing for each approved partner.
