Reward Terms
These terms supplement the FitCents Terms of Service and apply to every reward or offer displayed through FitCents.
Eligibility and availability
Rewards may be limited by user, account standing, location, inventory, partner terms, or beta cohort.
No cash value
Rewards are not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold or transferred unless an offer expressly allows it.
Expiration and limits
Each offer may have its own expiration, redemption limit, purchase requirement, exclusions, and geographic restrictions.
Partner responsibility
Retailers and partners may control fulfillment, product availability, checkout, and final acceptance of an offer.
Fraud prevention
FitCents may void rewards or restrict accounts for duplicate accounts, altered codes, resale, screenshots used outside permitted terms, automated activity, or other abuse.
Beta changes
FitCents may modify, pause, substitute, or remove beta rewards, eligibility rules, and redemption methods as testing evolves.
