Practical campaign answers.
Aligned to Partner Pricing and Master Partner Terms version 2026-08-26.
Is the founding pilot free?
Yes. There is no platform fee or setup fee. The $500 minimum is a brand campaign performance budget that applies to measured outcomes, not a fee for joining the pilot. Pilot campaigns use the same performance fees as standard campaigns.
What are the performance fees?
Standard/unclassified: greater of $0.85 or 8% of qualifying retail value. Verified new-to-brand: greater of $1.25 or 12%. Known returning customer: greater of $0.60 or 6%.
How are DTC purchases charged?
8% returning, 10% standard/unclassified, and 12% verified new-to-brand. No double-charge with a redemption fee on the same transaction unless separately negotiated in writing.
Who funds the offer?
The brand separately funds the consumer discount or cashback. FitCents recommends 25%+ savings for product-trial campaigns.
Can pricing change?
Active campaigns lock certified pricing. Future campaigns can change after at least 30 days’ notice. There is no lifetime pilot pricing; written annual commitments may lock up to 12 months.
What must be accepted?
An authorized representative accepts the current Master Partner Terms during onboarding before campaign-builder access, then certifies each campaign and its applicable pricing version before submission.
Do brands receive health data?
No raw HealthKit, Motion & Fitness, workout, medical, or inferred health data is shared with brands for advertising or targeting. Approved aggregate outcomes may be reported.
